Branch Manager

Job Scope

• Lead the overall branch operations and team performance
• Drive sales, revenue and customer acquisition
• Develop local business opportunities, partnerships and networks
• Promote and grow Irkaz Travel & Tours’ Hajj & Umrah packages
• Build relationships with customers, agents, community groups and business partners
• Lead sales campaigns, roadshows, events and community activities
• Monitor branch KPIs, sales pipeline and overall performance
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking and travel journey
• Work closely with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Travel & Tours
• Experience in Umrah/Hajj travel services is highly preferred
• Strong experience in sales & business development
• Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
• Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Willing to travel and participate in roadshows/events when required

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Hajj/Umrah travel services: 5 years (Required)
