We're looking for a motivated leader to oversee our New Mexico branch and help drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

About You

You're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy coaching employees, solving problems, improving processes, and building strong customer relationships.

You are organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, from dispatch and inventory to customer service and accounts receivable. Most importantly, you take ownership and lead by example.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support office staff, Service Technicians, and support personnel.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional customer service.
• Manage technician scheduling, dispatch, and service workflow.
• Oversee inventory control, parts receiving, and inventory accuracy.
• Support accounts receivable, collections, and account reconciliation activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalated concerns.
• Monitor branch performance and implement process improvements.
• Support sales growth, customer retention, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in operations, service management, dispatch, office management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of customer service, inventory management, and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
