Branch Manager

Work Experience At least three (3) to five (5) years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in the shipping, logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, banking, or related industries is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in managing branch operations, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering operational and financial results. Execution Leadership – Ability to translate strategies into measurable actions by ensuring accountability, setting clear expectations, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring completion within agreed timelines. Coaching and Mentoring – Proven ability to develop, motivate, and empower employees through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and talent development. Functional Competencies Strong knowledge of branch operations, financial management, budgeting, compliance, and operational controls. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and business decision-making skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with sound judgment under pressure. Effective organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting systems.
