What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Drive Insurance Sales & Targets: Deliver branch-level business goals by pushing life insurance products (Term, ULIPs, Savings, and Protection plans) to maximize revenue and persistency ratios.
- Recruit & Develop Team: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of Unit Managers, sales staff, and advisors to build a strong distribution and advisor base.
- Ensure Business Quality & Compliance: Monitor sales quality metrics, strict KYC adherence, and regulatory standards (IRDAI compliance) to prevent fraudulent transactions and maintain healthy policy renewals.
- Channel & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with key distribution partners (such as bank partners for Bancassurance, corporate alliances, or direct channels) to drive local market penetration.
- Customer Service & Claim Support: Oversee branch operations to ensure seamless customer onboarding, policy servicing, and smooth handling of policyholder complaints or claim escalations.
Preferred candidate profile
- AGE -35
- MBA must be done
- Has good experience of sales
