Key Responsibilities

• B2B Sales: Identify potential business clients, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.
• Marketing: Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand visibility and business growth.
• Business Development: Build strategic partnerships, explore new markets, and achieve business targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
• Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch activities and ensure smooth business operations.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and monitor the team to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase revenue, improve client acquisition, and expand the customer base.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, track performance, and report business progress to management.
