Branch Manager

Position Summary The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability. This role requires a seasoned professional with proven managerial experience in operations, warehouse management, financial control, and team leadership. The Branch Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, implementing performance systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business objectives
• Oversee warehouse and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures, KPIs, and performance systems
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
• Manage budgets, financial controls, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for branch staff
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and operational excellence

Requirements Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations Management at a managerial level
• Strong background in Warehouse and Inventory Management
• Demonstrated Leadership and People Management skills
• Solid expertise in Financial Management and Budget Control
• Hands-on managerial experience with direct responsibility for teams and business performance
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Experience in developing and implementing KPIs and monitoring systems
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure
• Language proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written)
