About the role

La Sedia Furniture is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our retail store located in Robinsons Antipolo City. As a full-time Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining operational efficiency. This is a crucial role that will play a key part in the continued success of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and motivate a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, staffing, and scheduling
3. Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
4. Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
5. Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute strategic plans for the store
6. Ensure the store maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products industry
2. Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team to achieve sales and operational targets
3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive shopping experience
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to work autonomously
5. Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant retail management software
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both the store team and regional management
