Branch Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and dependable Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch and ensure efficient business performance. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations, personnel, customer relationships, sales activities, administrative functions, and overall branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Supervise, lead, and support branch employees to ensure productivity and accountability.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, operational, and business targets.
• Monitor branch sales, inventory, expenses, collections, and other operational activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and documentation of company equipment, machinery, and assets.
• Coordinate with the Head Office and other departments regarding branch requirements and concerns.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, compliance, and workplace discipline.
• Ensure that company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed.
• Prepare and review branch reports, including sales, inventory, financial, operational, and employee-related reports.
• Address customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve branch efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• With proven experience in branch management, operations, sales, or supervisory roles.
• Experience in the heavy equipment, machinery, construction, automotive, or related industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sales, inventory management, budgeting, and administrative operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel or conduct field work when required.
• Must be highly responsible, results-oriented, and capable of leading a team.
