What they need
The Branch Manager acts as basic contact point of Svatantra to Customers. They represent the organization on field, continuing ground work, customer acquisition, customer retention and satisfaction.
- Identifying Ideal customer which includes entire guidelines of Svatantra.
- Assisting the field officer in initial execution of the process.
- Accurate collection of Processing and Insurance fees at the time of disbursement.
- Sending appropriate MIS to Senior Authorities.
- Complete follow-up with Client in terms of monthly repayment.
- Ensuring ethical Collection Practices are followed by team.
Requirement:
- Minimum HSC/12th pass and above preferred.
- Overall 3 - 4 years of experience working in an MFI.
- Age up to 34 years.
