Branch manager

• Manage the overall operations of the branch.
• Develop and implement business plans to support branch objectives.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates.
• Ensure the achievement of branch sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
• Drive sales growth and overall business profitability.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing within the financing or banking industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in vehicle sales and financing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig for at least 2-3 weeks
