BRANCH MANAGER – FMCG

To lead the branch sales team and drive business growth by ensuring effective sales planning, team performance, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Plan and execute sales strategies for business growth.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Support and motivate the team to improve sales performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper execution of company sales plans and policies.
• Prepare and review sales reports and performance updates.
• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth branch operations.

Qualification & Experience
