Branch Manager

·        Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related course.

·        At least 2–3 years of experience in branch operations, retail management, sales, or a related field.

·        Experience in the motorcycle industry, financing, automotive, or retail business is an advantage.

·        Strong leadership and people management skills.

·        Proven ability to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

·        Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and collection monitoring.

·        Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·        Ability to prepare and analyze operational and sales reports.

·        Honest, trustworthy, and results-oriented.

·        Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required.
