We are seeking an experienced, growth minded Branch Manager to lead and expand our mortgage lending operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who excels at driving production, recruiting top talent, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Branch Manager, you'll have the autonomy and support needed to build a successful branch while leveraging industry leading technology, operational excellence, and a collaborative culture designed to help you win.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mortgage Loan Originators and lending professionals.
• Recruit top-producing loan officers and support their long term success.
• Drive branch production, profitability, and market growth.
• Develop relationships with referral partners, real estate professionals, builders, and community organizations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations and policies.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve production goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with operations, underwriting, processing, and closing teams to create a seamless borrower experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing a mortgage branch or high-performing mortgage sales team.
• Active NMLS license and ability to maintain licensing requirements.
• Strong recruiting and team building capabilities.
• Demonstrated history of mortgage production and leadership success.
• Deep understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, compliance, and lending operations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead independently in a remote environment.
