What they need
- Manage overall branch operations and business performance.
- Drive loan disbursement, customer acquisition and portfolio growth as per targets.
- Manage collections and portfolio quality, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing delinquency.
- Monitor branch PAR, overdue and collection efficiency.
- Lead, motivate and manage the branch team to achieve business and operational targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and monitor customer/centre meetings.
- Ensure proper adherence to company policies, processes and RBI/MFI guidelines.
- Monitor customer onboarding, KYC, documentation and loan processing.
- Identify business opportunities and develop the branch customer base.
- Review branch performance, productivity and daily/weekly MIS.
- Coordinate with Regional/Zonal teams for business and operational requirements.
- Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational discipline.
