What they need
A Branch Manager oversees the daily operations, profitability, staff leadership, and customer service of a specific office or location
Direct day-to-day branch activities, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure smooth workflows across all departments.
Develop budgets, analyze financial reports, monitor revenue and expenses, and drive profitability.
Create and implement sales strategies, assess local market conditions, identify customer acquisition opportunities, and meet financial/production targets.
Experience in Gold Loan/ insurance/ NCD
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
