Branch Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for team leadership, membership growth, sales performance, facility management, and delivering excellent member service.

Candidates with management or supervisory experience from various industries are welcome to apply. Experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates relocating to Gensan.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily club operations and ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Monitor membership sales, revenue performance, and member retention.
• Develop and implement local sales initiatives, promotional activities, and community engagement programs.
• Conduct club tours and assist prospective members with membership inquiries and enrollment.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and coach team members to achieve individual and club performance goals.
• Monitor club expenses, prepare operational reports, and support budgeting activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the facility and equipment.
• Address member concerns and ensure a positive member experience.
• Coordinate with the head office regarding operational updates, performance targets, and business improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sports Science, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in sales, customer service, team leadership, or business operations is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, achieve performance targets, and maintain service standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales reports, revenue monitoring, and budgeting.
• Interest in health, wellness, and the fitness industry.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by club operations.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₱45,000–₱50,000, plus performance-based incentives
