Branch Manager

About the Role

Fox Valley Savings Bank is looking for a relationship-focused Branch Manager to lead its Oshkosh location. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced people leader who enjoys developing a team, building strong customer relationships, and being an active presence in the local community.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the day-to-day success of the Oshkosh branch
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and connecting them with appropriate banking solutions
• Serve as a visible representative of Fox Valley Savings Bank throughout the Oshkosh community
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community members
• Partner with the bank’s mortgage originator and business banker to identify additional opportunities to support customers, including their deposit needs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• A natural ability to lead, coach, and connect with others
• Comfortable having conversations with customers to understand their needs
• Willingness to get out into the community and build meaningful local relationships
• Banking experience is welcomed, but not required
• Existing ties to the Oshkosh area are a plus

Why This Opportunity?

This is more than a traditional in-branch leadership position. The role was redesigned from a supervisor position to give the Branch Manager greater responsibility for community involvement and partnership with other areas of the bank.
