Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee overall branch operations, manage staff, ensure accurate financial transactions, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver excellent member service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations, including administration, customer service, sales, and staff management.
• Supervise and review cashier transactions, including member deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure daily reconciliation of transactions, proper cash management, and accurate maintenance of financial records.
• Prepare and submit daily branch reports to the Operations Team.
• Train, guide, and motivate branch employees to achieve business targets and maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct induction and onboarding of new employees.
• Address member queries, complaints, and employee concerns promptly.
• Promote the society’s products and services to existing and prospective members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and security procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and safeguard the society’s assets.
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve branch performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or cooperative credit societies preferred.
• Previous experience in branch operations and team management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
