Job Purpose

To manage the overall operations of the branch, drive business growth, achieve CASA and other banking product targets, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall functioning and business performance of the branch.

• Drive CASA growth, including Savings Accounts and Current Accounts.

• Achieve targets for deposits, third-party products, retail assets, insurance, mutual funds, and other banking products.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, including HNI customers.

• Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team to achieve business targets.

• Ensure customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and customer retention.

• Identify business opportunities through local market mapping, referrals, and customer engagement.

• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, RBI guidelines, and internal banking policies.

• Monitor branch operations, service quality, audit requirements, and risk management.

• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth branch operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred.

• Relevant experience in branch banking with a reputed bank.

• Strong knowledge of CASA, deposits, retail banking products, and branch operations.

• Proven track record of achieving business targets.

• Excellent team management, leadership, and customer relationship skills.

• Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of banking compliance and regulatory requirements.
