• Lead the Dallas office, in person
• Carry your own desk, weighted toward sales
• Build, coach and keep a team of recruiters and sellers
• Your billing tapers as the office grows
• Long-term upside tied to growing the business

What you bring

• Leadership in IT staffing, with direct reports or real experience coaching a team
• Contract staffing depth, not just direct hire: deal structure, margin, compliance and the KPIs that run a contract desk
• A record of opening and growing accounts
• The drive to build something bigger than your own desk

• ERP, cloud or emerging tech recruiting exposure
• Both contract and direct hire experience
