Branch Manager

Purpose of the role:

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily branch operations covering Cash and Manned Guarding Services.
• Ensure delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA) to all customers.
• Drive branch performance in line with P&L targets and cost control objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with SOPs, security, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve productivity and performance targets.
• Identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma qualified or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ operational experience, preferably in security/logistics environment.
• Proven experience in team leadership and performance management.
• Exposure to P&L / cost management is an added advantage.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• IT literate.

• Strong knowledge in Malaysia Labour & Industrial Law prevailing HR practices and Legislation.
