Description:

• Operations Management: Oversee and ensure efficiency of all daily branch activities, including inventory, warehouse, finances, and internal processes, maintaining standards and profitability.
• Sales & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and drive branch growth.
• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate branch employees, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field is often required.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years in sales and operations, with prior people management experience.
