BRANCH MANAGER

• Sales Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve the branch's targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust sales tactics and ensure growth.
• Collaborate with the regional team to align branch goals with overall company objectives.
• Team Management & Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to consistently achieve performance targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through networking and outreach.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
