Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote our products and services in the local area.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Branch Operations or related field (NBFC/BFSI).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of branch management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
