Branch Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of our premium nail salon. The role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent client service, handling cashiering and financial transactions, and maintaining inventory control, all while upholding a high-end brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily salon operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, schedule, and support staff to maintain high performance and professionalism
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle client concerns effectively
• Manage cashiering, including billing, payments, and daily sales reporting
• Monitor and control inventory, including ordering and stock management
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and premium service standards are consistently met

Qualifications

• Proven experience in salon, retail, or service management
• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience required
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organisational skills
• Trustworthy with cash handling and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• At least College Level
