Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the branchs Direct Sales team.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly insurance sales and revenue targets.
• Drive customer acquisition through direct sales, leads, references, and local market activities.
• Monitor team performance, sales funnel, conversions, and productivity.
• Train, coach, and motivate sales executives to improve performance.
• Develop relationships with customers and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC, compliance, and policy issuance processes.
• Track branch MIS, daily sales activity, and target achievement.
• Handle escalations and ensure good customer service.
