Branch Manager

Ideal Vision Center is looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales growth, achieve profitability targets, and ensure excellent customer and patient service. The successful candidate will lead and develop the branch team, manage financial and operational performance, maintain inventory and company assets, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and business management skills, experience in retail or branch operations, and the ability to analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and motivate a team toward achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily branch operations to achieve sales, profitability, and customer engagement targets.
• Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, expenses, cash flow, and inventory.
• Ensure excellent customer and patient service, product quality, diagnostic precision, and branch cleanliness.
• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate branch employees to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and operational standards.
• Monitor sales reports, profit and loss statements, inventory movements, and branch performance metrics.
• Address customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Safeguard company assets, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with other branches and departments.
• Develop and implement branch plans and strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Optometry, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in branch management, retail operations, or a related supervisory role, preferably in optical retail, clinics, hospitals, or similar industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in financial reporting, budget management, sales analysis, and inventory control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of optometry operations and terminology is an advantage.
• Customer-focused, goal-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php39,000.00 per month
