Job Summary

Ideal Branch Manager Candidate

* 3–5+ years of management experience in non-medical, private-duty home care, preferably in a private-pay agency.

* Proven ability to grow client census, billable hours, recurring revenue, and referral relationships through effective sales, acquisition, and retention strategies.

* Strong operational leadership across scheduling, staffing, service delivery, caregiver recruitment and retention, client satisfaction, and daily branch management.

* Financial and KPI management experience, including labor costs, utilization, margins, profitability, and performance accountability.

* Ability to build processes, implement SOPs, improve efficiency, coach teams, and solve problems decisively.

* Hands-on, growth-oriented leader who balances service quality, revenue growth, and profitability.

* Compensation expectations aligned with our budget.

The ideal candidate has successfully managed and grown a non-medical, private-pay home-care agency and can independently lead operations while driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
