Branch Manager

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Washington, DC that is seeking a Branch Manager. Summary: The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, customer service, and team development of the branch. This role provides leadership to branch staff, ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and supports business growth through exceptional service and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve performance goals
• Manage day to day branch operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor branch performance, productivity, and service standards
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and provide effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high performing employees
• Promote products and services to support branch growth objectives
• Prepare and review operational, financial, and performance reports
• Maintain branch security, internal controls, and risk management practices
• Foster a positive, customer focused culture within the branch
• Participate in community and business development activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Proven experience leading teams and achieving operational goals

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
