Branch Manager

Duties

• Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets through outside sales initiatives, retail sales strategies, and effective client engagement.
• Develop and implement local marketing plans to attract new clients and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable policy terms while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
• Oversee sales administration tasks, including CRM system management, policy processing, and benefits administration.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure the branch adheres to all health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and other relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products, health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management.
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and develop strategic plans.
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, team leadership, and community outreach.
• Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements in your jurisdiction.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
