Branch Manager

We are searching for a Branch Manager who is a sales-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and who enjoys exceeding customers’ expectations to join our Bay Roberts Branch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a strong sales background and a good working knowledge in Apollo or Sabre.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of travel professionals.
• Using your travel passion and knowledge to sell products and destinations your clients require or express interest in
• Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via email
• Preparing and processing itineraries with assistance of our automated templates

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years sales or customer service experience with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• International or Domestic travel experience.
• Ability to work full time.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
• Knowledge of Apollo or Sabre booking systems considered an asset.
• A positive attitude, a keen interest in travel, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Previous team management experience required.
• 2 years Travel Consultant experience is required.
• 2 years Management experience is required.
