Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to bank policies.
• Oversee sales teams to achieve targets, provide guidance on product knowledge, and resolve customer complaints.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and leadership skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or similar role in BFSI industry.
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
• Proven track record of achieving business targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products & services; ability to develop innovative solutions for customers.
