Branch Manager

Branch performance - manage the branch to achieve sales,loan, collections and profitability targets.

Team management - Lead, motivation, coach and monitor Branch consultants to ensure individual and branch targets are achieved.

Sales and clients acquisition - drive new client acquisition through marketing, referrals and effective sales strategies.

Collections management -monitor collections performance, follow up on arrears and implement actions to improve repayments

Loan and compliance management - ensure loan applications are processed correctly and all company policies procedures and compliance requirements are followed.

Customer service -ensure clients receive professional service and that queries and complaints are resolved.

Staff performance and development - conduct performance monitoring, identify training needs and address under performance where necessary.

Branch administration - Oversee daily branch operations, cash handling, documentation, reporting and system administration.

Marketing and business growth - identify opportunities within the local market to increase the branchs client base and overall business.

Reporting and accountability - provide management with accurate reports and take corrective action where branch performance is below expectations.

Pay: R7 500,00 - R9 500,00 per month
