Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall strategy for Futu’s HK physical branch network. Develop data-driven models for site selection, store positioning, and opening cadence to drive healthy network expansion and performance growth.
• Build a robust store manager talent pipeline, covering recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and succession planning to ensure a professional and stable management team.
• Design and implement the operational management framework for physical stores, including SOPs, business analytics, and compliance controls, to ensure standardized and refined operations.
• Oversee branch KPIs, monitor operational data, and optimize resource allocation to resolve cross-store pain points, enhancing overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the liaison between HQ and branch operations, ensuring strict adherence to SFC regulations and internal compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of management experience, preferably in offline chain retail operations. Background in the financial sector (Securities/Banking/Insurance) is highly preferred.
• Familiar with the HK/US stock market; personal trading experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of investor needs and service scenarios.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to manage multi-lingual teams and serve diverse clients.
• Strong strategic thinking, team leadership, data analysis, and problem-solving skills with high resilience under pressure.
• Must hold (or obtain before probation) SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 Licence.
• Flexible to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
