About the Role

MyCredit Limited is seeking five (5) dynamic, results-oriented, and self-driven Branch Managers to lead branch operations, drive business growth, manage branch personnel, and enhance profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidates will be responsible for achieving branch performance targets, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, and providing effective leadership to the branch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of branch performance targets, including loan disbursements, portfolio quality, new business acquisition, and insurance sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to support customer retention and business growth.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and mentor Relationship Officers and Sales Agents to enhance productivity and performance.
• Oversee loan applications, credit appraisals, customer eligibility assessments, and timely loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, credit policies, and internal controls.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance, address delinquent accounts, and coordinate appropriate debt recovery actions.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow the branch's customer base and revenue.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of client information and loan records in the Loan Management System.
• Prepare and submit regular branch performance reports to Management.
• Promote excellent customer service, operational efficiency, integrity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A university degree or diploma in Banking, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or another relevant qualification acceptable to MyCredit Limited.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA or ACCA will be an added advantage.
• Experience in sales management within the financial services industry is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of banking practices, financial products, credit processes, and loan portfolio management.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• High levels of integrity, transparency, accountability, and customer focus.
• A proactive, self-driven, confident, and results-oriented approach to work.
