Job Summary
The Branch Manager leads the day-to-day operations of a company branch, coordinating teams and resources to deliver reliable service to customers. This role balances field operations, customer relationships, and business administration while supporting a safe, organized, and productive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily landscaping operations, including schedules, crews, equipment, and materials.
- Guide and support Leadership staff; communicate priorities and help resolve operational issues.
- Monitor service quality and respond to customer questions or concerns.
- Oversee branch workflows, records, and resource use; share updates with company leadership.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams or coordinating operations; landscaping or other field-service experience is helpful.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage changing schedules and balance customer needs with operational priorities.
- Comfort working with field teams and overseeing equipment and materials.
- Commitment to safe work practices and consistent service quality.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
