Branch Manager

Company: Aesthetics Lab
Department: Clinical Operations
Reports To: Management / Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and supervise doctors, aestheticians, receptionists, and support staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and roster management.
• Ensure excellent client service, handle complaints, and monitor client feedback.
• Monitor sales performance, achieve branch targets, and support client retention.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and company SOPs.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and branch maintenance.
• Coordinate with HR, ComOps, Sales, Accounts, and other HQ departments.
• Maintain accurate records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure professional conduct, discipline, and accountability across the branch.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in branch management or clinic administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reporting and digital management systems.

• Achievement of sales targets.
• Client satisfaction and retention.
• Staff attendance and performance.
• Compliance with company policies and clinical standards.
• Branch operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
