We are currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our warehouse and transport operations in Constanța.

Key Responsibilities

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational, financial and people management performance of the site. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading day-to-day warehouse and transportation operations
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and operational standards
• Managing inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency
• Coordinating distribution activities and delivery performance
• Monitoring transport providers and service levels
• Controlling operational budgets and identifying cost optimization opportunities
• Analyzing productivity and profitability indicators
• Leading, developing and motivating site teams
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention and employee development activities
• Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operation
• Ensuring compliance with GXO policies, local regulations and customer requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation and warehouse operations
• Proven experience in an operations, site management or branch management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Customer-focused mindset
• English language proficiency (conversational level or above)
