Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of the Hertz Dubbo location.

Duties:

• Overseeing day to day operations
• Manage, mentor and develop team
• Ensure the business achieves its financial objectives by ongoing examination of the accounts, system information, daily operating controls and figures
• Ensure the necessary improvements and corrective actions are taken where variations from target achievement occur
• Completion of reports by due dates
• Maintain systems to ensure that all customer orders are processed promptly

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service and logistics experience
• Minimum two years of experience in managing teams
• Positive attitude

• Good computer skills

• Unrestricted driver's licence
