Role Description The Branch Manager at Offenso Hackers Academy will oversee daily operations of the Trivandrum branch, ensuring smooth delivery of training programs, excellent learner experience, and adherence to organizational standards. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising administrative processes, coordinating with trainers and academic teams, and monitoring enrollment, revenue, and branch performance metrics. The Branch Manager will handle local marketing and outreach activities, build relationships with students, parents, and industry partners, and support placement and internship coordination. This full-time, on-site role in Trivandrum also involves implementing company policies, resolving operational issues, and reporting regularly to senior management.

• Candidates should possess strong leadership, team management, and people supervision skills to guide branch staff and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Candidates should possess operational and administrative skills, including workflow management, scheduling, and attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
• Candidates should possess customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, guardians, trainers, and external partners.
• Candidates should possess sales and marketing skills, such as local outreach, basic digital marketing awareness, and enrollment conversion capabilities.
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills for tracking KPIs, interpreting performance data, and addressing operational challenges promptly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field is preferred; experience in education, training, or IT/cybersecurity environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Trivandrum, with proficiency in English and familiarity with regional languages considered beneficial.
• Strong ethical standards, reliability, and a genuine interest in cybersecurity education and learner success.
