About the Company

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, operations, and team leadership within the consumer durables or home appliances industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall branch operations and profitability.

Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and technical teams.

Develop strategies to increase market share.

Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.

Monitor inventory, collections, and operational performance.

Resolve customer issues effectively.

Recruit, train, and evaluate branch employees.

Prepare monthly business performance reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies.

Oversee branch administration, maintenance, housekeeping, and utility management.

Ensure timely payment of utility bills and proper administrative record-keeping.

Maintain smooth day-to-day branch operations in compliance with company policies.

Ensure secure branch opening and closing under the supervision of the Branch Head.

Requirements

Master's degree (MBA Marketing is mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and branch management.

Experience in kitchen appliances, home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
