We are looking for an energetic and experienced Branch Manager / Person In Charge (PIC) to lead our branch at IOI Damansara. If you are passionate about retail, leadership, and achieving excellence in sales and service, this is the opportunity for you.

You will take full ownership of the branch’s performance, lead and motivate your sales team to achieve outstanding results, and deliver exceptional customer service in the ever-evolving world of telecommunications retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional retail experiences.
• Drive branch sales performance to exceed revenue targets and profitability goals.
• Inspire and coach your team to achieve KPIs in both sales and service excellence.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and accountability in cash handling, inventory management, and reporting.
• Oversee inventory, stock counts, and branch merchandising.
• Enforce operational standards and compliance with SOPs.
• Prepare and submit accurate branch reports on time.
• Maintain a high standard of branch appearance and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 3-4 years retail or branch management experience (preferably telco/tech retail).
• Strong leadership, people management, and customer service skills.
• Target-driven with proven ability to achieve sales results.
• High accountability, organized, and disciplined.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
