We are expanding our operations in Germany , and as we accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our team in Frankfurt.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of Prime Group's presence in Germany.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our local business, combining business development, account management, and team leadership. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, taking ownership of your market and contributing directly to the company's growth strategy in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the IT and Engineering services market.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, establishing long-term strategic partnerships.
• Promote and sell Time & Materials (T&M), Staff Augmentation, and Outsourcing solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and business development to negotiation and contract closure.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring high levels of service quality and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Build, hire, and lead a local team, including Business Managers and IT Recruiters.
• Define the structure, processes, and strategy required to support sustainable business growth.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve both commercial and operational objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within IT Services, Engineering Services, Consulting, or Outsourcing environments.
• Strong understanding of Time & Materials (T&M), Contracting, and Staff Augmentation business models.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop long-term client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Based in the Frankfurt area or willing to work in a hybrid model from Frankfurt.
