Branch Manager - Liloan

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:

· Oversee branch performance, personnel management, and policy compliance.

· Implement compliance with opening and closing memos and company policies.

· Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and work schedules, taking appropriate action as needed.

2. LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT:

· Lead, motivate, and coach branch employees for exceptional customer service and target achievement.

· Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews, and recommend training and development opportunities.

· Oversee disciplinary actions and facilitate discussion of memorandums to ensure understanding and compliance.

3. SALES AND MARKETING:

· Develop and execute sales strategies for units, parts, and services.

· Propose monthly marketing activities to boost inquiries and sales.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.

4. CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS MANAGEMENT:

· Ensure accuracy of credit application forms and adherence to the 5Cs of credit.

· Monitor accounts and review collection strategies to achieve targets.

· Collaborate with collection officers on payment issues, verify itineraries and allowances, and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
