Branch Manager - Management Trainee

The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and people management of multiple branches or a defined cluster of branches within an assigned region. The role requires the exercise of independent judgment, leadership, and accountability to achieve regional business objectives and ensure operational consistency and compliance.

I. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Area Manager shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

1. Drive achievement of assigned regional or area performance targets.

2. Standardize operational processes, systems, and practices across branches within the assigned area.

3. Coach, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and key personnel.

4. Address and resolve cross-branch operational, administrative, and people-related concerns.

5. Monitor branch compliance with Company policies, procedures, standards, and applicable laws and regulations.

6. Coordinate with Management on regional initiatives, operational improvements, and performance issues.

II. SCOPE OF AUTHORITY

Subject to Company policies and delegated authority, the Area Manager may:

• Reallocate resources across branches within the assigned area;
• Influence hiring decisions, performance evaluations, and disciplinary or corrective actions through recommendations and coordination with Management and HR;
• Recommend operational improvements, corrective actions, and efficiency measures.

III. PERFORMANCE HORIZON

Performance is measured based on short- to medium-term regional outcomes, typically assessed on a monthly and quarterly basis.

IV. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COORDINATION

• Internal: Branch operations, people management, performance monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• External: Coordination with regional clients, business partners, and government or regulatory agencies, as required.

V. MANAGERIAL NATURE OF POSITION

• This position is managerial in nature and entails the exercise of independent judgment and discretion in managing regional operations and personnel. The Area Manager is accountable for regional performance outcomes and operational compliance

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field
• With proven experience in Sales
• With relevant experience in the Construction Industry
• Atleast 5 years experience in Managerial Position
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Willing to undergo training in Manila
• Willing to be relocated/assigned to Davao or Cebu after training
• Willing to travel as required for the position

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
