Branch Manager- Micro LAP

Role & responsibilities

• Drive Micro LAP / LAP business through open-market sourcing.
• Achieve branch-level business, disbursement, revenue, and portfolio targets.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the branch sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop business through direct sourcing.
• Identify new market opportunities and build a strong local customer/DSA network.
• Ensure quality sourcing and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Collections teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.
• Conduct regular field visits and review team productivity.
• Ensure adherence to company credit policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor branch performance, team productivity, TAT, and delinquency indicators.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in Micro LAP / LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending.
• Mandatory team-handling experience.
• Strong experience in open-market sourcing .
• Good understanding of LAP customer profiles, property assessment, credit process, and documentation.
• Strong local market knowledge and network.
• Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and team-management skills.
• Experience in NBFC / HFC / Bank preferred.
