Branch Manager (North Area)

What your day looks like...

• Welcoming clients and guiding them with warmth, addressing concerns immediately and thoughtfully
• Anticipating client and team needs, going the extra mile to create moments that delight
• Keeping branch operations organized and smooth—cash, inventory, records, and readiness—so everything runs effortlessly
• Coaching, reviewing, and supporting your team to grow stronger and better every day
• Leading with integrity, following protocols, and protecting trust in every decision

This role fits you if...

• You have experience managing branches, teams, or client-facing operations in retail, hospitality, or wellness
• You naturally balance leadership with hands-on operational discipline
• You enjoy creating meaningful client experiences while keeping systems and standards strong
• You value growth—for yourself, your team, and the branch—through coaching and learning
• You lead with empathy, integrity, and thoughtfulness, making both clients and teammates feel seen and supported
• You're open to be assigned to North Area branches (Eastwood, Podium, Santolan, Trinoma, MOA,Vertis, OPUS)

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
