Branch Manager / OIC

The Branch Manager / OIC is responsible, results-driven, and experienced OIC / Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations and lead our team toward achieving business goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and supervise daily branch operations
• Lead, motivate, and monitor staff performance
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor sales, inventory, and branch expenses
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures
• Handle customer concerns and operational issues
• Prepare and submit branch reports
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and security of the branch

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
• With 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-service oriented and results-driven
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge in sales, inventory, and branch operations
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays when needed, plays a critical role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and smooth execution across daily business functions. This position focuses heavily on optimizing inventory workflows, coordinating logistics, and maintaining strict adherence to company operational policies. The ideal candidate is  analytical problem-solver who can seamlessly monitor internal processes, identify bottlenecks, and ensure that the team has the structure and resources needed to maintain peak daily productivity
