Branch Manager- Retail Broking

Role & responsibilities

Revenue & Sales:

• • Achieve brokerage targets across equity, derivatives, and mutual funds.
• • Drive cross-selling of non-deposit and third-party financial products.
• • Acquire and manage high-net-worth (HNI) and retail clients.
• Team Leadership:
• • Mentor, train, and evaluate performance of dealers and RMs.
• • Set daily, monthly, and quarterly sales milestones.
• Operations & Compliance:
• • Oversee daily branch workflow and audit standards.
• • Ensure strict adherence to guidelines by SEBI, NSE, BSE, and AMFI.
• • Resolve client escalations swiftly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 3 to 8 years in stock broking, wealth management, or financial services with team handling exposure.
• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Domain Skills: Deep knowledge of capital markets, trading platforms, and derivatives.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, people development, and analytical abilities
