Branch Manager-Retail

Key Responsibilities

• Business Targets & Sourcing:

• Drive branch targets for Housing Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).

• Manage end-to-end sales life cycles from prospecting to timely disbursement. [1, 2]

• Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and track daily performance of Relationship Managers and Loan Officers.

• Conduct periodic reviews to align team output with monthly/quarterly goals. [1, 2, 3]

• Channel & Market Development:

• Build networks with local DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), builders, and connectors.

• Implement local marketing and BTL (Below-The-Line) campaigns to drive market penetration. [1, 2, 3]

• Portfolio Quality & Collections:

• Monitor early delinquencies and manage NPA (Non-Performing Asset) resolutions.

• Ensure strict compliance with KYC, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory frameworks
